Eligibility for Refunds
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Refunds are not available for final sale items, custom-made designs, or gift cards.
How to Request a Refund

2. Approval Process: Once your refund request is reviewed, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
3. Return Shipping: If approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Processing Your Refund
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the same steps as the refund process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund your item at no additional cost.
